Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ApplyMigo (“we”, “us”) for the use of applymigo.com and the ApplyMigo app. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use ApplyMigo. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.

ApplyMigo monitors public LinkedIn job postings for searches you set up, scores new postings against your resume with AI, alerts you by email, helps you draft application materials and lets you track your applications.

ApplyMigo does not apply to jobs on your behalf, does not sign in to LinkedIn as you, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn. Postings, their content and their availability belong to LinkedIn and the employers who publish them; a posting may be closed, changed or inaccurate by the time you see it.

We do not guarantee that you will get an interview, an offer or a job, or that you will be among the first applicants for any posting. Hiring decisions are made by employers, and how quickly we find a posting depends on LinkedIn and on your plan's check frequency.

Match scores, reasons, gaps and AI drafts are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. They are suggestions to help you decide, not advice you should rely on without your own judgment.

• You decide which jobs to apply to and you submit every application yourself.
• You are responsible for everything you send to an employer, including AI-drafted text. Read and edit it first; make sure it is truthful and represents your real experience.
• The resume and information you give us must be your own and accurate.
• Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Do not:

• use ApplyMigo for anyone but yourself, or resell or share access to it;
• scrape, copy or bulk-export the service or its data, or use it to build a competing product;
• try to get around plan limits, for example by opening several free accounts;
• probe, overload or interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer it;
• upload anything unlawful, or anyone else's personal data without their permission;
• use AI drafts to misrepresent your qualifications or identity to an employer.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, after a warning where that is reasonable.

The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is sold as a subscription — currently $24.99 per month or $49.99 every three months, plus any applicable tax.

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before it applies to your next renewal. If a payment fails, your account returns to the Free plan until it succeeds.

You can cancel at any time from Settings, through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the Free plan. Your feed and tracker remain.

Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, write to [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we will look at it.

You keep ownership of your resume, notes and anything you write. You give us permission to store and process it — including sending it to AI model providers — only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI drafts we generate for you are yours to use.

We work to keep ApplyMigo running, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted — for example when LinkedIn changes how its postings are served. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

To the extent the law allows, ApplyMigo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities or income, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using ApplyMigo at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as liability — continue after your account ends.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will email you before a material change takes effect. Questions: [email protected].
